Hello again my lovelys,
Just a quick up date on last weeks goings on!

Thursday's fund raiser for St Luke's went down a storm. Sam, Jo and myself helped rise loads of money whilst having a ball our selves. I enjoyed myself enormously with the added bonus that my mum was in the audience! Thursday was the first time that she has seen me dance in the seven years I've been dancing.

Sunday, the girls and I went to help Sam promote the Art of Dance at the Devon Car Show. It was the hottest day on record! Of course! We all burnt but had a fab day and hopefully we will be able to go back next year.

Sunday evening saw the Full Monty Boys from Raffles give the performance of their lives! WOW!!!!!!! Was very impressed they where brilliant! And as an added bonus they gave Sam, Rosanna and me the most beautiful boquet of flowers each. Well done guys and thank you all very much! haven't laughed that much in an age.

Hello again one and all,

I don't know about you guys but this year seems to be getting away from me! It will be August before we know it, end of next week in fact......

So what have I been up to? Well the pole perfection class was loads of fun and hopefully enjoyed by all who attended. Also spent a delicious hour with Mia and Mel in a one to one, thanks guys.

I also danced for channel five for a documentary on the seven deadly sins? Fun if a long way to go!

Tonight I am joining Sam, Jo and the girls for a charity do at Raffles, hoping to raise lots of lovely lolly for St Lukes. So if your bored later pop down and support us, will be glad of all and any support.

Tomorrow a big posse of us pole dancers are going to see flash dance I for one can not wait, bring it on.

And that brings me onto Saturday, Sam is having a pole jam session here at the gym, one and all welcome.

Sunday will see most of the tutors, including me, from The Art of Dance performing at Devon and Exeter Race Course. Come along it should be a great family day out. Look forward to seeing you all at one or all of the above!
