Catherine D'Lish

It is less than 3 weeks till the opening of the second studio and at long last I will be able to provide regular Burlesque classes rather than just private lessons. Sam has been talking about a Burlesque artist called Catherine D'Lish, Sam found Catherine's video on Glamourpuss's blog. Catherine has the most amazing dress and I am looking forward to seeing more of her work.

The Ball is getting ever closer and I haven't even chosen a song yet, Sam is going to get hold of a few songs for me to see if I can pick one for the 7th June, wish me luck,

Sam has finally got things moving in the second studio so we hope to have some dates for Burlesque classes soon. I have to do a first aid course on the 21st but hope to be teaching soon after. In the meantime you may like this video that Sam found on youtube:

This is me performing at Annabel's discotheque last night for Rosanna's engagment / birthday party. The lighting is not good!

Hello again my lovelys,
Just a quick up date on last weeks goings on!

Thursday's fund raiser for St Luke's went down a storm. Sam, Jo and myself helped rise loads of money whilst having a ball our selves. I enjoyed myself enormously with the added bonus that my mum was in the audience! Thursday was the first time that she has seen me dance in the seven years I've been dancing.

Sunday, the girls and I went to help Sam promote the Art of Dance at the Devon Car Show. It was the hottest day on record! Of course! We all burnt but had a fab day and hopefully we will be able to go back next year.

Sunday evening saw the Full Monty Boys from Raffles give the performance of their lives! WOW!!!!!!! Was very impressed they where brilliant! And as an added bonus they gave Sam, Rosanna and me the most beautiful boquet of flowers each. Well done guys and thank you all very much! haven't laughed that much in an age.
